it's my eighth straight year using turbo tax...without any problems...would reccomend to family and friends.

No problems following program, easy to use and understand.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use, allowed me to procrastinate until the last days.
What's not so great: Although my refund was correct, it wasn't as big as I wanted.

the set-up and questions were right on the money. all the important tax info was at my command. I kile that. Turbo Tax makes it fun to complete the taxes .

Simplifies my Life!

I think for us average folks, TurboTax is fast, secure, reliable and user friendly. It usually takes me a month or so tho my daughter does hers in a day!! I like to be sure I have the back up "paperwork" in case of an audit, so this is also the time of year I purge my files.
In my "golden Years" I have been audited twice. Because you are through AND offer audit help, I am thrilled. I cannot possibly keep up with all of the IRS interpretations, so I ALWAYS ended up paying - and then some. Thanks, Turbo Tax. I am grateful for your existence.
What's great about it: Thorough, finds deductions I hadn't thought of, user friendly
What's not so great: Like the rest of life - there was a charge for everything.

This was quick to do but lacked the ability to ask questions. Consider a person to prepare taxed next year.
What's great about it: was quick
What's not so great: no personal interaction, not easy to ask questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
