Printing is confusing since it ask to print them then comes up with a Save as PDF or Preview and then you have to hit print on the pdf generated. Doing it this way also prints the color shading, should just be a black and white option
Should just be a button to print.

We have used Turbotax for more years that I can guess. I love the convenience of being able to come and go saving the steps and assistance with questions.

Great if you know some background

Big plus to have last year's data copied over; great at doing all the behind-the-scenes calcs.
But if you have an obscure situation (I have tax withheld overseas, for example), it's best if you have an idea of what's going on. I usually end up reading the IRS publication explaining the form in question.
BTW, this survey doesn't display the "Life Changes" section properly. As a result, I'm wrongly shown as "I bought and sold investments"!
What's great about it: takes out a lot of the drudge
What's not so great: Watch your step in the backwoods

Pretty simple process

Had commission income from previous year and yet still asked many questions about claiming deductions for self-emplyment when it wasn't an issue.
What's great about it: Sucking in all the W-2 info is pretty awesome!
What's not so great: Asking irrelevant questions about self-employed when not

Paying a Lot!

Overall, the experience is easy to follow. However, we have never had to pay this much. I would like to know what has changed so profoundly from last year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow automatic steps
What's not so great: Explanations of new tax laws would be helpful.

I actually bought tax act this year first thinking I was going to save a few bucks on the program I used however it was nothing like the experience I get from turbotax. It was difficult to follow and asked for information that really didn't make sense. It's not worth the headache using another program, I'll stick wtih turbotax.
What's great about it: easy to understand and follow
What's not so great: going back and updating
