Turbo Tax continues to deliver

I've used other tax prep software and TurboTax continues to be the best. This year's version is simpler and easier to use than last year's version. I was able to resolve some complex issues.
What's great about it: Very easy-to-use, answered questions
What's not so great: had to connect multiple times for updates to work

Turbotax helped me file a return when all of the tax professionals had already closed up shop.
What's great about it: Easy to understand interface
What's not so great: For sections I didn't understand it was hard to find exactly what I needed

I might help if you gave people tips on how to be better prepared for the following year, and what they can do for more deductions....
What's great about it: easy to go through if you are prepared
What's not so great: If there things that you are not sure of (changed from last year) I amnot sure if I understand exactly what changed

Quick and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. I do my own taxes, my kids taxes, and even my ex-husbands too! Turbo Tax is easy to understand and I love that it does the calculations and figures out the right forms to use. I will continue to use it and this year have vowed to keep better track of deductions on my "It's Deductible."
What's great about it: Step by step instructions & It's Deductible
What's not so great: Need more help figuring out deductions and keeping track of my data

Super Easy Experience

I have been using TurboTax for years and it makes filing each year very easy. I particularly like the It's Deductible.
What's great about it: makes filing an easy thing to do

Have used turboTax for years now and have never had any problem. Only problem I had this year is my fault. Did not read the instruction at one point at first.

Did My Return Myself

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I find it easy to use. It allows me to remember items that are tax deductible that I may forget. It also saves time versus the old way of filling out forms by hand. I would recommend for anyone who is paying someone else to do their taxes to save some money by using Turbo Tax. Anyone should be able to follow the easy instructions and file their own returns.
