Feel good about my taxes!

This is a great tool and helps to make sure I report all income as well as get deductions. Certain credits I didn't know about and helped for the first time in years get a refund!
What's great about it: simple to use and helpful to make sure all information is provided.
What's not so great: nothing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Peace of Mind

This is my 13th year of using Turbo Tax to file my return. I see other software marketed; however I would never consider using anything other than Turbo Tax. I am confident that my returns are accurate and all of my deductions have been identified.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax holds your hand as you walk through your return
What's not so great: I have no negative comments

Definitely simplifies the work I have to do

I used to do my taxes by hand every year. But the IRS keeps adding complications, to the point where I was making my own spreadsheets to keep track of everything. It's complex enough now that having TurboTax do all the calculations, and guiding me through everything, has become a big help. Definitely worth the price.
However, I moved during 2012. The NH Interest and Dividends Tax isn't all that complicated to do, and TurboTax doesn't help all that much with it. So I decided to do that by hand instead of paying TurboTax for a 2nd state edition, which would have been more than the tax I owed (total, not just the amount due with the return).
What's great about it: Helps with the spreadsheet aspects of doing taxes
What's not so great: Doesn't help much with intra-year calculations
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Have been using Turbo Tax for years/decades... sure I've checked other tax programs to see if they can give me more...NOPE, Turbo Tax has my business and I feel very confident my returns are correct.
What's great about it: I always know Turbo Tax is going to give me the best refund
What's not so great: there's nothing I don't like about Turbo Tax

HAVE USED TTAX FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THE PRODUCT PROVIDES ALL I EVER NEED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

Better every year!

I have been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember; It seems every year it gets easier to file my taxes with this product. By using it consistently, I always have access to previous returns, and it saves a lot of time when filing. The product is easily the best available, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Easily identified the documents I needed, quick and easy tax return!
What's not so great: I have had no issues with this product.
