Its okay

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Last year I had to amend a return and I had to go in and search for the 1040X myself. It was not as easy as the guided tour. It did review it and did an error check on it and corrected the errors I made. Suggest you make this easier to find and use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Filing amended returns is not as easy

Good, but had a glitch

I like the product, and have used for 5 years. I will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: convenient, very helpful online consultants
What's not so great: the program created an unnecessary return for the state I work in, and it did not have a feature to delete the return.

Can't print copy of return

Why isn't there simply a "Print" button as there was in past years? Now you tell me to save a pdf file, which when I do I cannot open and read! This is just plain lousy!!

Unable to e-file because of IRS regulations but no refund by Turbotax even though I purchased a version that includes e-filing. 2012 Plug-in Prius is eligible for tax credit but the program kept informing me that only 2010 purchase was eligible.

I've been using TT since it was call MacInTax, good product. Not many glitches in this package, and it's easy to use with or without the easy guide.
What's not so great: Certain fields require that I open then dismiss a scratch window.

I like the convenience of filing online. Some answers are not always clear, but the tips are helpful.

Easy Peasy

I've used Turbo Tax for many, many years and each year I find it asier and easier to use. I gather my paperwork, install the new program for the year, and finish my taxes in less than three hours. It wouldn't take that long if I didn't have to stop andadd receipts.
This program has made it so that I don't have to dread, two months in advance, that I'm going to soon have to do my taxes.
Also, the program is very reasonably priced and I can count on updates if there are any to be made.
You guys are a class act!
