Quick and Easy

I have used turbo tax for years. Even as my family and deductions grow, turbo tax is still easy to use and follow.

Disappointed by not TurboTax fault

Because of how much had in medical costs had hoped for a federal refund but that is not TurboTax fault. Compared with TaxAct and the results were the same.

Getting harder to use

Every time I enter a taxable item or deduction, I have to scroll to the bottom of the list to click continue. I was already at the bottom of the list, KEEP me there.
Increasingly becoming not a good bang for the buck. When I retire soon, I will search for another tax program. However in reviews, they do seem to be all about the same.
What's great about it: Like other returns, take info from the previous year
What's not so great: Becoming more and more click intensive, etc

I have been filing my returns with Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. Friends asked me to file with other companies on-line; I refused to do it!! Turbo tax is the best program and will never change!!
What's great about it: Walks me through the steps and reviews!
What's not so great: None!

My Tax Experience

I have always liked TurboTax because is so easy to file your taxes. Hwever, this year I had so much trouble with it. It kept rejecting my federal return. Many people I know had similar problems too.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

this program is efficient and easy. and it always gets me the most money back.
What's great about it: very easy to use, always worth it to get the biggest refund
