Great refund. Easy to use!!!

Just a great service. I can't imagine anyone or any service doing it any better and I would definitely rather do it in my own home when I am ready instead of sitting in an office/store and waiting to be the next in line.
What's great about it: Very detailed instructions. Easy to follow and understand.

Not a Problem!

I just started a new home business last year so I was dealing with some new things on my taxes that I'd never had to do before. TurboTax made it very easy to walk through, and I have confidence that my taxes are correct. The only negative was the errors that TurboTax had in some of their calculations that required fixes. I waited until the very end to file my taxes to make sure that all the errors were caught and fixed.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very good walkthrough, good help and explanations.
What's not so great: Some issues with inaccurate calculations that needed fixes

The taxman cometh...

Had a casuality loss through Hurricane Sandy and found I had to print out relevant IRS publications and instructions for Form 4684 to clearly understand what counted as a loss and how to enter properly. Hopefully never have to use 4684 again! All things considered it was a painless tax season.
What's great about it: Easy when last years carry-overs, credits, etc. come up automatically
What's not so great: Could have been more proactive about casuality losses, Hurricane Sandy

Easy as Pie!

Great product for the average person with a little knowledge of tax forms. Turbo Tax just asks you question and you follow instructions and your taxes are done. Great import feature for a look at comparisons from year to year. I recommend this product to anybody.
What's great about it: Step by step data entry, E-filing and record keeping
What's not so great: Purchase Price and had to pay for states E-File
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Once the updates were made to the state tax portion I was very satisifed. So glad we waited otherwise we would have had to withdraw our submitted taxes and start over. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Had to wait for updates on our state return due to major issues with Turbo Tax

Thorough and easy to use

Was skeptical that Turbo Tax would make much of a difference with my return but was pleasantly surprised. Also provided me with peace of mind in filing because the program is so thorough and easy to use. I highly recommend it!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
