I wish I had gotten a refund instead of paying more taxes however, that is not your fault by my own.

I like that the federal efile is free. State ought to be too.

Always a breeze

I've used you guys for years now. Always easy to use, quick, and I feel like I get the most for my money. However, I have heard that Inuit lobbies in D.C. to make self-filing more difficult - not cool, but I haven't seen that verified completely.

I particularly like the step-by-step guidance and then the double checking at the end. E-filing is incredibly easy with TurboTax.

state taxes too expensive

I work in 4 to 5 states, some of which only for a couple of days. it shouldn't cost more then the potential return for the state returns. especially when I am only 1 hour from 3 other states from my point of living. that is what happens in small states like in new England.
federal worked fantastic and have been using it for over 10 years now. love it!

Taxes Filed Quickly and Easily

Turbo tax is the best-easy to use, downloads information from the previous years return which makes filing the current year that much quicker and easier. Turbo Tax is GREAT!!

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
