What's great about it: EVERYTHING
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have never been disappointed. It makes preparing my return simple but ensures that I will receive all dedections I am entitled to through an excellent question and answer approach.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate

Refunds are Redonkulous

I was able to complete my return in less than 15 minutes and I am not a tax attorney. Thanks to Turbo Tax for doing the research for me.

1) I really depend on Turbo Tax to look for ways to save me money.
2) It provides a great view of where we spend our money each year.
3) The step by step process is very clear and concise.
4) I've only had to use the additional help a couple of times over the last five years I have been using the software.

Never Fun

This is the 2nd year using TurboTax Deluxe and satisfied with process and filing ease.
Purchased audit defense both years.
Much better than using a paper process and as good as or better than using a CPA (and cheaper).
will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of guide
What's not so great: Need to review 'all' of every section to be sure that you've thought of everything. Needs better navigation around

What's great about it: leaves no loophole open
What's not so great: HSA section kept indicating my spouse had a HSA when only I did

Low Pressure Filing

I feel much less stressed using Turbo Tax to do my taxes. I love the information carry-over. I don't have to search tables or fill in worksheets or try to figure out the instructions on which lines to add and subtract. I love that everything seems to be in simple English and walks me through in a logical order. I don't have to worry about having the right forms, or if I'm missing something I didn't know about or remember. The one financial institution on the drop down list that I used to retrieve interest income from didn't seem to take: I had to manually enter the amount later when it didn't pass the error check.
What's great about it: Great and easy explanations.
What's not so great: My financial institutions aren't available online for download.
