What's great about it: Easy Step
What's not so great: sometimes slow calculating

This is the best thing since slice bread!!! (Turbotax, of course!!) I got stuck and called Intuit. They helped my download my State Tax forms, etc and I was off an running. I'll never use anything else but TurboTax. (Pinky Swear!!!)
What's great about it: The step by st ep directions for an ametuer
What's not so great: doesnt transition smoothly from federal to state as I would like

Its took too long to launh the software; it took about 25 minutes wth te updates and processes.
But overall program was excellet. It took less time to process my returns ths year compared to last year. I truly liked the import of information to save time with inputing data.
