Overall great program

The program is well structured and very easy to use. The import of prior year information is seamless, and a major time-saver.
While the program contains links to more detailed tax guidance on some complicated topics, I found this could have been a little better supported. For example, the explanation of the Alternative Minimum Tax (which many more people are finding themselves subject to for the first time) was fairly general, and not particularly helpful for evaluating the reasons why the tax was applied, and whether there were options for avoiding it.
Still, Turbo Tax far outperforms all other tax prep programs I have used. Excellent product.

Did the family taxes in just over three hours....OK , I had to do a little searching for the correct forms! That was for me, my wife and our 20 year old. Couldn't be easier...Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: easy to navigate, friendly staff, great advice
What's not so great: Extra charge to efile after purchase of additional state at full retail!

I have used TurboTax for 8yrs now. Great product. Always up to date.Being able to forward information from last year is a big plus and time saver,for me.

Been using for years ..... I share with folks to use this as a real alternative to help at tax time.
Turbo tax saves money over third party accountants and improves refund and accuracy for the do it yourself person.

GREAT JOB!

Turbo Tax saved a whole lot of time and heartache. Originally thought I was going to have to pay a ton in taxes, but because of the suggestions made by the program, we found deductions not previously considered. Atta boy, Turbo Tax, (that's right) you got an 'atta boy'.
What's great about it: SUGGESTED AND FOUND ITEMS NOT PREVIOUSLY CONSIDERED

Everything was intuitive. The income section can be confusing when you has additional investment or retirement accounts. Maybe a "learn more" box in here might help.
