this year seems to be very hard to change password that I had forgotten. Once I had gotten the email with the new pin, I could not get back to the page to change password. instead I had to go through everything for signing in and then I would end up witht he new pin not working I did this 3 times. I want to efile my state but can't order it Very frustrating.
What's great about it: I have always love the ease of inputting information,
What's not so great: trying to get passwork changed.

Had to Manually Do my 2nd State Tax Return
on April 14, 2013

Tried and Tried to get my Schedule A into my second state return which was NC. We moved to CO late in the year. Turbo Tax wouldn't allow deduction data to go into the NC return. I had to go to NC state web site. I printed off the NC tax forms and filled them out by hand.
I would like Turbo Tax to refund my money (credited) that I paid for on the second state return.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax didn't transfer my deductions from my Federal Schedule A data into my second state tax return - NC

What's not so great: some confusion on new entries

crashes, that pretty much reduces the integrity of a financial software
What's great about it: Good workflow
What's not so great: Crashed like anybodys business
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
