I've been using turbo tax for at least 12 years. At first my ex had a business, so we went to turbo tax and we were amazed at how thorough it was. Been using it ever since!! Love it!!
What's great about it: Confidence in accuracy

Parents TOO

Good experience with turbo tax. All Insurance companies should have to send out HC form for medical for everyone. make the tax forms uniform for procedure. My parents are retired and don't get forms. I do and its easier to fill in information according to designated request on forms.
If you get taxed and reside in any state once is enough. I will not pay for 2 states just for lottery winnings that were offset by more losses. This should not pop up as a filing option. Turbo tax should recognize all information given in fed and state, to disregard.
What's great about it: Good detail for majority of return
What's not so great: Filing in more than 1 state should only be charged 1 state. where you reside

The only way to file your own taxes

Turbo Tax is so easy and complete that it is almost fun to do your taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax for 30 years and it gets better each year!
What's great about it: Sooo Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

easy pay

We knew we owed tax but the filing was simplified and the whole process was done without wrinkles or headaches. Easy to follow instructions.
What's great about it: just the screens we needed to complete
What's not so great: always hate to pay money but at least it was easy
