Turbo Tax Makes Filing Fun

TurboTax makes what for many is a dreaded headache into a fun and relatively painless experience. The step-by-step, GPS-like instructions leave nothing out, as far as I can tell, and obviate the need for face-to-face contact with a tax preparer. But if you need extra help, it is generally only a mouse click away.
I have used TurboTax for several consecutive years now, and will continue to do so into the forseeable future.
What's great about it: It's nice being able to see a running total of the amount of the refund/libaility on the fly

Ive been using TurboTax for 6 years. Will never use anything else or anyone else for my returns. Fast, economical, very easy, and very helpful and knowledgeable staff (if you even need them). There is no reason for anyone to use anything else.
What's great about it: Simple, fast, and very helpful even without live online help.
What's not so great: Nothing I can even think of.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always found Turbo tax easy to complete, touches all areas, keeps you informed & up to date on any changes. The cost is well worth it , if you have been to the tax offices they charge you a bundle for the same amount of work. You can always go back to make any changes without making any appointments.
What's great about it: easy to complete, checks all areas

USING TURBO TAX

I think anyone who files early, should wait until all
updates are finalized. Do not file until Turbo Tax has
been updated and confirmed, there are too many changes
these days by the IRS, so pay attention to Turbo Tax, just
thought you'd like to know.
What's great about it: Avoid Problems, get latest updates as suggested.

After having some bad experiences in the past with a few tax places that charge way too many fees, Our family has now used turbo tax for the past 8 years and it has been wonderful , recommend to all of our friends and family. Thank you Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: User Friendly helps step by step!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
