I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years,it's easy and gets my maximum refund.
What's great about it: find it very easy to use and I like the step by step guidance

TurboTax is an easy way to do individual taxes. It imports the changes as they occur, so the taxes are correct.
I like the "import" option from the previous year's version. Saving the tax return as a pdf is a great electronic tool.
What's great about it: Asked good questions to get the information I needed to supply
What's not so great: Donation information does not always work. Using Its Deductible doesn't cover all categories of donated goods

Great product - easy to use!

Excellent tax preparation program! Turbo Tax asks questions to guide you step by step through your taxes. Stop when you need to take a break and it'll start again right where you left off. Really easy to use again next year since it imports your previous information.
What's great about it: Walks you through preparing your taxes.

Simple and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax Personal and Business for over 10 years and would never use anything else. I use Quickbooks for my business so the business taxes load directly from there and then transfer to my personal taxes and everything is simple and seamless. My personal information hasn't changed in years so it carries forward every year and I don't have to reenter the data. The software shows last years income and deductions along with this years so it is easy to see if I missed something or if there is a large difference so I can double check my entries. This is by far the easiest way to get our taxes done. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Able to combine business (Sub S Corp) and personal with little effort
What's not so great: Don't really have any, most items that I don't really understand have fairly clear explanations

Software was easy to install and made processing multiple states and ease. Just having the math and audit check was a big help. I will definetly use Turbo Tax next year

Better than antacid

The q&a format, together with the opportunity to review any section, any time, makes the process of entering and double-checking as straight-forward as possible. Taxes will never be fun, but TurboTax makes them less onerous than they used to be "back in the day." They also make calculating things like "30 year amortization of refinancing points" much easier. And for that, I'm grateful.
What's great about it: Great way to double check while working
