This years TurboTax was as easy to use, but printing my returns was more difficult than in years past

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I like that it imports data from last year's return to minimize how much information you have to enter. I always follow the step by step method to make sure that I don't miss anything. I appreciate that Turbo Tax reviews your return for errors and guides you through fixing them if any errors are found.
What's great about it: Guides you through step by step.
What's not so great: None

We moved mid-year so I had to separate income/expenses between two states. Program works great and it's nice being walked through the steps. Much better than paying someone else to do my taxes. E-filed for the first time.
Of course, the gov can't get their act together and I had to wait until the end of January to e-file.

i HAVE USED TT FOR MANY YEARS AND CONTINUE TO LOVE IT. IT'S EASY TO USE, I TRUST IT, IT DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH FROM YEAR TO YEAR. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Simple Tax filing process

Completing my taxes has always been routine and straight forward using TurboTax. I used a tax prep individual once and Turbo tax came up with the same results as he did. Haven't used an individual since.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, simple interface.
What's not so great: none come to mind

For simple, straight forward returns, turbo tax is fast, easy to understand and use with great tips and explanations of the information needed.
What's great about it: Easy interface with explainations
What's not so great: harder to use for complex returns
