Feel Safe Tax Return

TurboTax made my experience doing taxes really simple, and put my mind at ease as to preparing them correctly since I had a lot of changes this year. I got divorced, sold my house, and bought my new house; enough said. After following the guides, I feel comfortable that everything was entered and done correctly.
Thanks TurboTax for taking away some of the stress tied to taxes in an extremely stressful year!
Happy in a new home and settling in!

Love TurboTax!!! I have used TurboTax for several years and have been pleased with the service and the ease in use. The people who work the Chat online are awesome and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking the questions even when you don't know how to ask it? It's like the TurboTax professionals are mind readers.

What's great about it: The chat feature is an awesome feature!
What's not so great: You do not have enough options or enough information when you have the check this entry during the transmission process.

I usually have an accountant friend look over the return but she never has found anything different in the past, so this year I didn't even have it reviewed. I have used Turbo Tax for almost ten years now.

I have been using turbo tax for 10 years now. It keeeps me safe at night when the IRS is knocking on doors. However I do wonder if its to safe sometimes and if I could get a bigger refund...Then I realize nope I'm good with being safe. So if there is any other way the Tax peeps can twist and turn me another dollar I look forward to it next year. Thanks Turbo Tax

I've been using turbo tax for years and have found it very easy to use but I was under the impression that the efile for the state would be free for the copy I purchased this year. I guess I was wrong.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Charging for efile on stat return
