turbo tax for years

We have used Turbo Tax for the past 5+ years and love how it walks us through everything and double checks if we seemed to have missed something.
We will continue to use it, as long as it doesn't change!

Why not?

I'm not computer literate although I have to use one at work. I think all computers should function like a human, not a programmed machine, but that's just me not wanting to learn how to think and perform work in "computerese". TurboTax minimizes this enough to let me think using it is easy. I would give this a 4.5 rating, but the stars only allow for whole numbers to be used as the rating.
What's great about it: consistent from year to year, easy to use, forgiving - gets me back on track when I make a mistake
What's not so great: shouldn't have to pay extra for audit protection

2012 TurboTax Experience = Excellent

Have used Turbotax for about 8 years and has been great experience in making a complicated and time-consuming process easier and with speed while allowing endless opportunity to probe questions or try different scenarios for deductions, etc.
What's great about it: Easy to use due consistent format year after year but full of good explanations to any questions in any area.
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet

Turbo Tax was so easy to use. Just be sure to enter the information correctly and they do the rest. It was great.

Have used turbo tax for over 10 years now. Was always great in the questions asked to guide my way. I used to fill forms myself. I like being able to cross reference amounts to be sure its where it belongs. I do not care for the online version. Just doesn't allow me to fine tune some of the forms.
What's great about it: I like being able to see the actual forms

Easy to eFile!

First time ever to e-file! TurboTax made it easy! Easy to understand, easy to complete, easy to send my Federal and State taxes! Will definitely use TurboTax next year and the next.....!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
