Another smooth return

This program is the slickest for preparing tax returns. Sure beats the pencil and erase process.
What's great about it: Clear, easy to follow guides, transfer of previous years info
What's not so great: Had to look up some values already in previous years Turbo Tax forms

Every year I dread taking the hours necessary to complete our taxes. I really shouldn't! Turbo Tax makes it so easy AND there's that positive reinforcement to keep going to see if I can get more of a refund.

Overall good product. It is very easy to use and the ability to input previous years data and download information from W2, etc make it very convenient. I have used this product for several years and have generally been happy. Cons would be that I had to buy a state return as software downloaded one automatically for my home state, which does not have an income tax, rather then the state I work in. I also could not find all my financial institutions to download information. In all fairness I cannot say if this is Turbotax or the financial institutions decision. It would also be nice not to have to pay to efile state return, again not sure if this is Turbotax of the state. Overall a good product.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, input of data from previous years
What's not so great: Had to buy state return seperate after software downloaded home state which does not have income tax.

I BUY TURBO TAX ANNUALLY TO DO TAXES FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS PRODUCT! LOVE IT!!

I have been a Turbo Tax customers for more than 10 years. The program is easy to follow, the support they give is terrific and I really enjoy how helpful the price list is for item donations. This price list is a life saver because you do not have to guess the value of things.
I would not ever consider another program.
What's great about it: easy to follow directions
What's not so great: always review the paper version for errors

Easy Way to File Tax Return

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. The reason is that it makes it very easy for me to file my taxes. Not knowing what the meaning of certain items, Turbo Tax makes a very good job expalining and clarifying the meaning of those items.
Additionally, after I file, I hae a sensation of confidence that my tax return is accurate and that I will get the most money back allowed by the law.
What's great about it: Very easy to fill up the returns with the different wizards
What's not so great: Couple of times was confused on where to go or what to do.
