I love TurboTax, it makes doing my taxes so easy and fast, helps me to know exactly what I'm looking for and also finds things I didn't think of.

Stuck in a do-loop

While entering the refund deposit account information, i kept the first account information from before, assigned '0' deposit amount into it and then added a second account where i entered the full amount for refund. After this i got stuck in a do-loop where Turbo tax brought up the form 8888?, wanted me to correct it then when i would continue to e-file, it would bring me right back to the form for correcting it again.
What's great about it: Easy entry for refund deposit into multiple accounts
What's not so great: Does not work well

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I am very happy with the ease of use and filing.

Refund Delightful

Using Turbo tax was extremely easy. It reminded me what I needed to enter without me thinking about it. I would recommend this program to everyone!
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Understandable
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great, easy to follow

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years with much success and no complaints from the government. My husband bought a competitors program a couple of years ago -- it may have been a little cheaper. I returned it without opening it and got my trusted TurboTax. Thanks to you filing income taxes is much less stressful. I may still procrastinate but not because of your program.
What's great about it: easy to use, great directions accurate returns
What's not so great: Nothing major, takes a little long to boot up, but nothing I can't live with.

Bummed I have to pay taxes (more taxes)

1-improvement in logic would be to know that if i file in a state without an income tax (Washington state), to not prompt me to fill out a state income tax report.
2-I also got stuck in a worksheet that helped fill out state sales tax for schedule A. somehow i entered a sales tax line item 2 times, and it was hard to erase the second instance/entry. i did figure it out eventually.
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step instructions, and 98% of the time, easy to follow and understand.
What's not so great: listed below...

THAT WAS EASY

i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. THE PROCESS IS EASY. i AM LIKELY TO USE TURBO TAX NEXT YEAR UNLESS ANOTHER COMPANY MARKETS SOMETHING JUST AS GOOD FOR LESS.
THE LAST MINUTE ERROR CHECK IS IMPORTANT BUT i DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY ERRORS MADE WERE NOT CAUGHT WITH THE FIRST ERROR CHECK VERSES UPON TRYING TO TRANSMIT MY RETURN.
What's great about it: I LIKE THAT I CAN BEGIN MY TAXES AND SAVE THE INFORMATION TO CONTINUE LATER IF INTERUPPTED
What's not so great: UPDATES ARE DEPENDENT ON GOVERNMENT DECISIONS
