I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and have always been pleased with the ease of using it. Just enter the fields and inside of 30 minutes you are done. If you use Turbo Tax multiple years in a row (and have the same job!) it remembers all of your information from one year to the next! That just saves you more time in the following years!
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is safe and easy. Step by step instructions guide you through. Any question you may have is answered easily through accessible pop up windows for each area. I've been happy with Turbo Tax for many years.

The walk throughs for each piece of one's life are nice, but they are lengthy and if they was an easier way to determine what a person needs and or to skip it once they have determined they don't need to finish that section, it would be nice. Had instances where there was an error due to not finishing a walk through but it wasn't needed.
What's great about it: Easy to use for individual itemized returns.
What's not so great: Lengthy walk throughs once started.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Much more cumbersome to use this year than in past. I could not check for changes out of forms without lock up.
