Over the 15+ years I have used TT, I have come to depend on it pointing out things that I could easily have missed.
I would suggest they focus on things that help me "correlate" better, rather than purely mechanical aspects of submitting my tax returns...I think that's the place there should be more focus on, when it comes to improving this product!

What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: When entering muptiple Schedule E properties; same questions regarding 1099's and other repetitive questions.

wish I could print screens

Why can't you fix TurboTax so we can print screens of information. I often want to print the summary pages but there is no way to print. You only allow printing forms when printing summaries for my records would be very useful

Mostly easy to use. Step by step questions are laid out well.
There is some areas that were not clear definitions or explanations , but there werent many and not a big obstacle.
I have used Turbo Tax for several years and they do seem to improve on it every year.
I did try another software for one year, but came back to Turbo Tax mainly because of the continuity it provides when you use it year after year by pulling from prior returns.

What's great about it: fairly easy to use

Time and money saver!

The software is very easy to use. The time savings of having the information in a program instead of creating spreadsheets or writing out by hand is great. Calculations and checking gives me confidence my return is correct and I am getting the most out of my filing - refund!
I bought the 2011 version to recalculate and amend my prior year taxes. Received an additional refund for 2011!
What's great about it: Easy to use and confident in calculations.
What's not so great: none
