Excellent

I like to my taxes myself. This way I can make sure I get every deduction without having a tax degree. It's fast and very thorough. I have a ton of charitable deductions and luckily Turbo Tax saves them year to year to make it easy to enter.
I always get a refund and I feel confident that I'm doing everything the way the government prefers.

Easy to use software

This is about the 6th year I've used Turbo Tax and I will purchase again.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Like that it will inport last year's data.
What's not so great: Some of the explanations are in "Government-speak"-not easy to understand.

If you have a relatively simple finances, you keep good records, and you are capable of following simple instructions, TurboTax is a good choice. If not -- pay a professional.

Have used TurboTax for many years. Great program for my family's needs. Comprehensive.
What's great about it: The program reminds you of info you need!!
What's not so great: Make sure you can document everything you enter.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy return, yes good product.
What's great about it: Its fairly simple to use
What's not so great: Interface could be better, I have used an upgraded version previously and it seemed easier to get around.

This was the quickest, easiest, and most accurate way to file taxes. Turbo tax takes the guess work out of an anxiety producing situation. Best part....I got back an incredible return!!!
