Turbo My Refund!

My family has used Turbo Tax for 5 years and always feel comfortable with it, except this year: the State file doesn't work good and I had to redo my filing the second time on another day to get it! You transfered me to a section that required me to pay for State filing form and it really made me made about your product... I had intended to contact you to find out what was happening; fortunately I got the State filing tax on my second visit.

What's great about it: This is a simple way to get refund!
What's not so great: The version of this year has problem with State tax.

Easy to use, accurate.

Overall a good product, I have used it for a number of years now.
What's great about it: Able to choose items I want to work on.
What's not so great: Printing - why color Federal this year? I print work copy to review - why does summary sheet have to print every time?

Excellent resource - easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for well over 10 years. It has been a tremendous help through multiple life changes. I have used many different products personal only and personal and business. The program is extremely easy to use and walks you through the entire process so that nothing is missed. I have found unexpected deductions through using Turbo Tax. Each year I am pleasantly surprised at the refund that comes our way.
What's great about it: easy to use; walks you through each step so that nothing is missed.

Turbo tax is the best!

I've been using turbo tax for 5 years now and have not experience any problems, it's so easy to use and will guide you step by step to get the maximum refund you can get.

Good program but tough to navigate

Very thorough and the questions were worded well and easy to understand.
Every once in a while I wanted to go to a specific spot and it felt like going down a rabbit hole to get where I wanted.

The Easiest Ever.

This is the greatest program for taxes ever. I love not having to sit in front of someone who you cant trust. TurboTax is so awesome and trustworthy!!
What's great about it: I love that you can go back and find your mistakes and it dont have to be done in one day.

Hope I Got It Right

Overall it was a pretty good program. I usually use a tax service and pay a bit but this was fairly easy and simple to follow. I think I will be using it again next year. I am pretty confident that I have everything filled out properly and excited that I did it all on my OWN.
What's great about it: all the info is laid out for you
What's not so great: a lot of info that was unnecessary
