I felt that Turbo Tax for this year was very easy to use. I used the Turbo Tax Deluxe and I had no problems with my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 17 years and this will continure to use Turbo Tax. It even asked me questions that my friends weren't asked by their human tax professionals.
What's great about it: Prefilled all of my information from last year. Also very user friendly this year.
What's not so great: I didn't have any problems this year, so I don't currently have any cons.

the software was expensive compared to alternatives. turbo tax should consider the cost to the customer for filing multiple state returns, such as a "bundle" price. since I needed to file three state returns I will consider a tax preparer the next time.

I like that it leads me through all of the sections so that I don't forget anything. And the fact that it brings forward the information, numbers and carry-forwards from last year is a huge help.

It is truly a great product and it seems to get better each year. Need more links for explanation; don't "dumb it down" too much. Need to see behind the scenes sometimes. Example: I entered the same amount this year for tax prep services as last year, but the line item showed up less, likely due to some background calculations. I would have liked to see "why is this different than last year" or further explanation. The more links to tax explanation, the better. I did notice more this year, so kudos.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Need more "explain this" links; don't say "consult your tax advisor"

For the person who does their own taxes, Turbo Tax is very thorough. It takes you step by step through the forms and aids in the completion. I've used the product for years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: went through everything I needed
What's not so great: a couple of areas where I could have used more help

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. Makes tax filing simpler overall. But it's handling of HSA's could be clearer.
What's great about it: Makes process so much simpler.
What's not so great: not all instructions are clear for HSA

TurboTax is incredible. It used to take me a whole day...maybe two to complete our taxes. I will never do my taxes again without the use of TurboTax. Thanks you for such a great product.
What's great about it: Steps you through everything...
What's not so great: I have way too much free time now that my taxes only take a few minutes to complete!
