Taxes made easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and I love how it just captures all the information from year to year. Helps me identify if I am missing any donations or income. I have to do my two teenagers taxes and my elderly mothers and mine, so doing 4 returns is much easier with turbo tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: wish state filing was free, i won't pay $20 to file electronically when I can put a .46 stamp on it.

If you are organized, this is the easiest and most accurate way to get your taxes filed.
What's great about it: Better than an accountant

Same money as last year and nice to have free federal returns. Step by Step help with all questions

I have used TurboTax for 4years now and every year it gets better and better! They continue to do a noce job of asking the right questions and leading me to more deductions. Well worth the money!
What's great about it: Easy to use and great questions to make me research deductions!

GREAT, but watch for healthcare

As always, TurboTax has turned a nightmare month long process into manageable albeit unpleasant afternoon (hey, it's still taxes).
The step by step process is clear and easy to understand and every year seems to find new deductions. Using it multiple years in a row is particularly helpful as it remembers many of your details you may need some help with, as well as giving you good comparisons about how you're doing year to year.
This year, my family has added our first child, so with a toddler now zooming around the house, finding new deductions is more important than ever. Without TurboTax, I'm afraid the sleep deprivation from the child would have cost me dearly in bleary-eyed number crunching.
Thanks for the simplicity!
The only thing that could use a little work are some of the medical deductions, no doubt going to be made even more complicated this coming year with the new changes in the Healthcare System. Great explanation is given for self-employed individuals, but for those on contract or those with just normal W4 type employment, more detail next year might be helpful trying to work out what healthcare expenses can be deducted, particularly in what situations health care premiums for supported family members can be deducted.
The only aspect I of TurboTax I can't comment on is the Audit Protection. Though it helps me sleep better at night, I haven't had any need to use it yet. Hopefully I'll never have to write the review to let you know how it works!

Overall I really like Turbo Tax. For the most part I haven't had any issues. Sometimes if you miss checking a box you don't get the deduction or it doesn't calculate correctly. Usually I work on it, go away, and come back and review.
What's great about it: Found deductions for me
What's not so great: More state instruction detail...I had to go online
