Newly Divorced and it was a Breeze!

My exhusband always did the filing for us, so I never knew what to do. In fact the last time I filed a return myself, I could use the 1040EZ form!
The tax section of our decree seemed complicated, and I was terrified at how long it was going to take me.
But all of my questions were answered right there within the tool. It was a snap!
I even had a CPA friend review it for me to make sure everything was right -- and it was!
Am definitely a believer!

What's great about it: Answerwed all my questions thoroughly, provided resources and links to assist, walked me through step by step

have used this product for many many years - it has continued to improve - generally freindly and easy to use in step by step mode- sometimes have to find my way around based on prior experience with the product, it is robust and sometimes you really need to understand tax issues -so new user may find it a little intimidating at times - but if you have all of your forms and take your time you can file with confidence
What's great about it: robust ease of use
What's not so great: always want to sell you more - would like some credit for long time use

WAY EASY!

I have used TurboTax to process my tax returns for years now. I have never had a problem such as a letter from the IRS or State. In addition, my refund was returned to me in a speedy fashion.
I highly recommend this software for those who want to process their tax returns in the comfort of their home with tax records readily at hand.
What's great about it: Easy to follow Instructions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Relieved to be Done!

This is our 5th? 6th? year using Turbo Tax and we are so pleased. Every year this product gets better and better. The directions are incredibly easy to understand and completing the forms is quick and easy! I like how you can either be guided through the steps by Turbo Tax or explore on your own. Great product!
What's great about it: Directions are so easy to follow!
What's not so great: Need more detailed explanations of the different types of employee stock plans.

Anyone can follow the simple guide. It walks you through every step of the way. If you don't understand something it's easy to get helpful answers.
