Easiest ever!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This saves me hundreds of dollars each year that would go to a tax expert, because Turbo Tax lets me be my own expert! Easy and fast, and it always looks for any hidden credit or deduction I might not have known about.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step!

Making Taxes Not So Taxing

Turbo Tax is easy to follow and fun to work your way through all of the categories. I found it nice to be able to go back to areas and recheck entries with no problems. I felt secure in that my information was applied and the results were accurate and reliable.
What's great about it: EAsy and almost fun to work your way till your ready to file.
What's not so great: None today.

Always Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and each year it gets better and even more user friendly.
Here is one benefit/service you mat consider offering. It would be nice to have a Turbo Tax offer a SECURE off-site place to store the final copy of my filed federal and state turbo tax files. I have all my turbo tax files backed up to hard drives in three places now. One year, however, I had just filed my taxes and within a few days of it being accepted and finalized the hard drive of my then computer crashed and all my data was lost. My previous years files were backed up, but I had not yet backed up the current years. So having turbo tax automatically offer the option to back-up ones tax files off-site would be a nice option. I realize there may be some significant legal considerations, but if you could work that out I think many people would appreciate it.

What's great about it: Simple to use, accurate, and detailed prompts that cover all areas of concern.
What's not so great: No negatives come to mind.

Made a difficult return much easier

Turbo Tax helped me with a difficult return. I had an unusual situation with my 2012 taxes and Turbo Tax made it so easy. I had always used Turbo Tax because my returns were generally standard and I didn't have any unusual circumstances, but in 2012 I took a pension distribution unexpectedly and Turbo tax really helped me through the complexities of doing that and even though I wasn't happy that I had to pay such a large tax, Turbo Tax made it easy and I don't have to worry that I underpaid or made any errors. They even helped to try and maximize the deductions I could get!
What's great about it: walks through every possible scenario
What's not so great: IRS terms are confusing and some explanations are not in "real people" speak
Pros: I bought or sold investments

My Tax Return

I find Turbo Tax very easy to use. The software walks you through every step of the way. I love that they review your return for errors. Makes you feel safe.

It would be easy for you guys to just provide a lookup/address completion for 501(c) donations.
Please add more and more W2 imports from paychex and other online services.

What's great about it: Love all the imports from previous years. Thanks for keeping the interface consistent year over year. That makes it easy
What's not so great: The ads to sell new products in the flow is cheap and unnecessary. When you go back and delete, it still leaves crumbs.

Very east to use, makes filing fast!

Great simple program for filing taxes. It showed me several deductions I didn't know I was eligible for! This earned me a little over $600 back that I wouldn't have claimed otherwise. Thanks Turbo Tax!
