Gets the job done

Overall, TurboTax is an easy to use product, but for me, I had to go back through several sections multiple times because it never asked me if I wanted to go through them in the first place. I don't recall having that issue in previous years. Once upon a time, the program would run your tax return via Married filing Jointly and Married filing Separately to see which was better for you, but it no longer does that, and if you decide to check yourself, you have to start all over. Definitely a pain. By digging more this year, I also found a lot of things I should have claimed in previous years but was unaware of, that I'm surprised TurboTax didn't highlight on its own. Basically, it's good if you just want to get them done, but very possible you're not getting the biggest refund
What's great about it: Cheap, can use any time of day, fairly easy
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as it could be, might not be getting as big a refund, confusing sections, skips sections completely
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have used Turbo Tax for three years now and we love it. It makes filing our taxes so easy and we feel very sure it is done correctly. I always recommend them to my friends.

What's great about it: inexpensive, does calculations, easy step by step instructions

I switched once to another product and went back to Turbo Tax the next year and ever since. I find it very easy to use. Taxes can be filed in a snap.
What's great about it: Easy to Use; Quick and clear
