Easy as Always!

As always, Turbo Tax is easy to use. Any time I have a question, there is always a pop-up window to answer it. That's why I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.

It really is easy

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2007 and I love it. It is easier than going out and getting it done and you always get the maximum deduction.
What's great about it: guidance is great.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For the first time ever doing my own taxes is was a very good experiance. I was expecting the worse of paying for program and then have to go to someone and pay them anyway also. After i completed tubo tax i was secure that i made the right choice. thank you
What's great about it: very easy to find to find additional info on topics and explains well
What's not so great: hard to find phone # to call for one on one

No Hassle

Years ago, I filed the taxes myself, and it was always a chore. I then tried another program than Turbo Tax and found it very confusing. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes as painless as possible. I still don't look forward to doing them but the program runs smoothly. A friend who paid an accountant a hefty fee is now a Turbo Tax user and appreciates the ease of use.
What's great about it: The program runs smoothly.

This is an excellent product that we have used since its inception. Fool proof and complete. Continuous updates are a nice touch
