Always an easy experience

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and it seems to get better each year. The step by step question/answer process is easy to understand and complete.

my taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for years and each year it seems there are less areas for deductions. I also had an issue with depreciation but the software did not fully or easily explain. No examples. I started my return on a new computer this year and later wanted to sink last year return and I could not find any way to do it.
What's great about it: Most flowed well
What's not so great: Not enough help or more details for errors.

Makes the pain bearable

Thanks TurboTax for making a painful experience bearable. Do not like paying taxes, but your software makes it easy to follow.

TurboTax Pdf file Frustration

I have spent more time trying to get pdf files than do my taxes.
What's great about it: Filing taxes is good with Turbo Tax have used for many years
What's not so great: Issues with Adobe Acrobat file has caused much frustration.

My Turbo Tax Long Affair

Experiences over more than 25 years with both personal and business tax applications definitely gained my devotion to Intuit's Turbo Tax products. It's not easy to interface to a Federal tax system that has over 70,000 pages of changing tax laws, but they do it with gracefully and consistently. Sure if some small problem appears, they are ready and willing to make it right. Keep up the good work Turbo Tax as I have tried others, but came back to your products.
What's great about it: Constant improvements and innovations over the years.
What's not so great: A little more flexibility in referencing business LLC transfers
