Love using Turbo Tax

I really like using Turbo Tax to do my taxes. It is a very complete program that takes you one step at a time and makes sure feel confident that you are filling your taxes the best way. Have used Turbo Tax for many years and will keep using it year after year.

I love turbo tax, use it every year and it is so simple to use It is basically fill in the blanks and help is easy to find if i need it!! Love it!!!

Complete & Fairly Easy To Use

I've used TT for 6 years now (2013) and the program is easier and easier. Take you time and read every question and information. When you have a question or don't understand, call!
For a person with no monetary significant changes during the year, it's a great program.

Saved my Sanity!

This is the first year my Mom didn't prepare my tax return for me. I was on my own and had no idea what to do. TurboTax saved my sanity. I am no longer afraid of doing my taxes by myself. I feel very confident that everything was done properly and that I will get the best refund to which I am entitled. Thank you so much!
What's great about it: Asked me questions I would not have known about otherwise.

I've always used Turbo tax and will continue for years to come. It's easy step by step guide is great and ensures you're not missing anything.
What's great about it: Transfers prior year info, so I'm not wasting my time keying in.
What's not so great: Wish there were specific examples to explain how deductions work.

Extra Cash Back

This year I had extra medical expenses and was a bit apprehensive about the process. Turbo-Tax stepped me through the process, prompting me for each category. It even brought up items that I forgot about or would not have classified correctly - result; more cash back to me!
What's great about it: Easy to use - confident in results - prompts for things I forgot

Overall, good experience. I really appreciated being able to access a live person for help with some tricky tax situations. I do however wish that the "What's this" pop ups were actually more helpful. Sometimes I actually felt more confused about the issue after reading it! That being said, I have used Turbo tax for the last 5 or 6 years, and plan on continuing to do so in the future. The people who answer the phone or respond to chat queries are wonderful. Thank you for helping me with my refund!
What's great about it: ease of efile, access to help
What's not so great: some of the help menus were not helpful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Very easily got all my personal information and deductions put in. Had a little trouble reporting some business expenses at first, but a little research got me in the right direction.
