What's great about it: the steps that need to be taken and being reminded of what I might need!
What's not so great: taxes in general, but that is not Turbo taxes probkem - your making it easier!

E-filing

I liked e-filing. Much better and quicker than by mail. Looking forward to transferring data for next year's return.
What's great about it: First try at 3-filing, a lot easier
What's not so great: only 1 area that was confusing

Stress Reliever!

There are too many calculations on the tax forms to trust that your arithmetic is correct. Also, the IRS instruction booklets can be hard to read, so TurboTax "translates" those booklets into a series of mostly yes/no questions to determine if you qualify for each deduction. A useful feature is the companson to previous year's figures and to national averages. Now if it would just pay my taxes for me.....
What's great about it: Does the heavy lifting - - math calculations and reading the forms.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get back to specific place in software without going through all the questions again.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for several years and receive great returns plus the confidence to be able to use TurboTax every year.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years before and will continue as long as I have to file tax returns. I have found it to be somewhat easy, yet this year while trying something new, a addition to my income I got a little bit confused and the drop down boxes weren't much help. But I did find that if I deleted a listing, I could then re-enter the information and clear the problem.
What's great about it: Ease of filing
What's not so great: Confusion about mileage
