Super Simple

I really like using TurboTax. I have used this product for the 7 years and each year it gets easier and easier to use.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and navigate. Makes filing your return relatively painless.
What's not so great: A little expensive when purchasing retail.

To use easy guide is a snap. If you have any questions or are not sure the help me links were extremely useful or you could ask the experts and go to the forums. I like your program.
What's great about it: so easy to do using guide me feature
What's not so great: seems to take a while to update and load

Biggest BANG for my buck!!!

Great product. I always use Turbo- Tax whether its online or with a downloadable CD. Love it :)
What's great about it: I can do it without someones assistance
What's not so great: Needed to explain in lamans terms a little more
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Decent, but could be better

A comparison allowing individuals to easily check whether it is more beneficial to file a Joint return, or a file as married filing seperately would be a GREAT addition to this tax program.
What's great about it: ease of use, good program design(functionality)
What's not so great: No Joint to Married filing seperate comparison
