Super Quick

As usual I truly love my yearly experience with Turbo. I feel that very few mistakes are possible with this program.
What's great about it: I loved being able to automatically download lots of info.
What's not so great: For the first time I had trouble understanding what was wanted. There was a continuous loop that repeated,.

Only questionable item: My CA return instructions say I must submit by March 1, 2013.
Correct date is April 15, 2013.

2012 Turbo Tax

Fabulous and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax since 2004 and have never been disappointed.
There were some items which I had to revisit a couple of times, but it was slick.

Turbo Tax 2012

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and this was the most confusing one. The confusing part was in the area of 1099 div and 1099 Int. It didn't seem to follow the same procedures as previous years.
What's great about it: Ability to go back and change information, and to e-file with no charge attached to it.
What's not so great: More confusing version than in the past

Second time around

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and this was first year
with problem. Couldn't get prior year's files brought forward.
Plus, first return rejectd as SSN incorrect but the SSN'
number on preview I printed was correct. Don't know how
mistake or wrong SSN got on e-file. Hope next year is
smoother. I will be back

quick and easy

i have been using for at least 10 years and will continue to use. The guided return couldn't be easier.
What's great about it: quick, easy, inexpensive, guided
