A very good year...

This software is the benchmark in the industry. My only issue is that it is sometimes slow to load, to get to various sections, and to generate print previews. Seems to almost "freeze" at times.
What's great about it: Good tips, good ability to navigate around worksheet
What's not so great: Slow loading and to generate print previews

Rolling thru the taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 14 years. The upgrades have been fantastic and very user friendly. The ability to provide explanations from CPA's and legal tax experts is benefit to all users. Outstanding product that continues to improve and change tot he needs of the customers as well as the changes in tax law.

Great filing experience

I loved the ease with which I was able to prepare my federal and state returns. It walked me through each step in the process, and prompted me for each detailed entry so I didn't miss any deductions or income entry. And I love the detailed documentation that it maintains in the form of a PDF which I can either print right away or save electronically for later.
TurboTax is really terrific!
What's great about it: Loved being walked through each step
What's not so great: There was nothing I didn't like! TurbTax rocks!

It's so easy and reliable! They make it so you almost look forward to doing your tax return!!
What's great about it: The ease of use is incredible, and the way it "fixes" the entries is just so cool!
What's not so great: None that I know!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

PowerPC Mac's forgotten!

I'm sure there are plenty of PowerPC Mac users out there, such as myself, who would have appreciated being able to use their "legacy" Mac's to file their taxes.
What's great about it: Software compatible with Intel Mac's. :)
What's not so great: Software incompatible with PowerPC Mac's! :(

I have used TurboTax now for several years, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend that anyone use this to expedite and safely figure out their taxes.
