So easy to use

I have been a loyal fan of turbotax for several years. I only have two issues: glitches on the Michigan state return and a new one this year with trading in my business vehicle for a new vehicle.
Ongoing glitch in the software that rolls into the state return is homestead property tax. When you own two adjoining properties and pay both taxes, the software will not allow you to separate out the properties on the state form. This fault forces my family to submit a return with an error and the state to correct it and send us the notice. This is a big pain.
This year, I swapped out a vehicle and the form forced me to complete a new form for liked trade, when it really wasn't. There wasn't a help feature to explain how to get out of the form or make the form go away or give an explanation of the terminology. Really frustrating.
What's great about it: Reliable, love the error check feature, love being able to view forms as I complete my return.
What's not so great: Had a nightmare this year with trading in my business vehicle for a new vehicle and no help features.

ALWAYS use TurboTax!

I have always used turbo tax, and I always will. I have never had any problems and always had a great refund. Thank you TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Right Forms!!
What's not so great: I loved it all!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
