I am a long time user of Turbo Tax. Just think it works well and makes each year easy when you import you tax information. I like it.
What's great about it: Easy and quick. makes it a snap to do your taxes

Good for 99% but I am the 1%

I have used TT for over a decade and it has gotten a lot better; more depth of info, more flexibility, great error checking and record-keeping capacities. One year seems to build well onto the next year's return preparation. But 2012 was the year I retired and a whole new system had to be put in place. As a retired clergyperson, I should have been able to exclude a portion of pension income as a housing allowance [Section 107 IRS Code], but found no way to do that and no means of filing an additional statement of explanation with my 1040 electronic filing. It is not a bank-breaker this year, but next year, when income is all SSA and pension, it will be critical to make that exclusion and incorporate the proper documentation [e.g. pension board letter, housing expense calculations]. Am I leaving TT and hiring a CPA or is there a way TT can accomodate the housing exclusion?
What's great about it: cuts through the complexities of multiple income source reporting
What's not so great: Short on supporting details for the year you retire
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Trubo Tax for many years and I will continue to do so. It is nice to be able to import all the info from the previous year. Thank you for a great product!

Simple and Fast to complete

I have used turbo tax for 6 years and never had an issue. The only thing I would suggest is the ability to go back and view prior years returns. I always keep an electronic and print copy for myself but ran into an issue this last year when I needed a copy after we moved and changed computers. Easy fix for now, save to external hard drive from here on out. More my fault than turbo tax. It would be a great feature to be able to access prior years returns easier.
What's great about it: Audit Risk meter is awesome and great way to gauge accuracy.
What's not so great: Had problem getting copies of my tax forms for 2011 when I could not find my printed copies.

Robust tool

I liked the walk-through option, guides you step-by-step.
Liked the Help menus, although not always very simple to understand.
Did not like the added State e-file fee.
Easy to port from last year's return.

I have used TurboTax for many years. I like the easy screens and very uncluttered way the software provides questions and places to answer. Before TurboTax, I used to look at the forms and booklets and cringe at all the complicated lingo. TurboTax breaks it down for you very easily and cuts through what you need to provide and what you don't based on the information you give. Its like speaking to a tax preparer without the person.
What's great about it: Easy screens, clear help, step by step breakdown of each section
What's not so great: No Discount for loyal customers
Pros: I bought or sold investments
