I haven't gotten my refund, but so far, so good! I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years - will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use - walked me quickly through all the steps.

Easy as pie!

I've used TurboTax for many years. I have always done my own taxes, and I'm 62, so that's been a while. I'm a professional and pretty smart, but there's no way I could do my own returns without the help of Turbotax. Great product!
What's great about it: PIcks the forms, does the calculations and guides step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes an explanation of a calculation without searching for it would be helpful

User Friendly

Spent 500 USD last year. Turbotax helped me reduce my tax filing expenses by 80% to file for 3 states. Great experience even for a starter
What's great about it: Easy to understand and sufficient hand holding
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Solid Performance

took about 2 hours to go through an itemized complex return with high accuracy for federal and state. I have used TurboTax for many years now and cannot think of doing my taxes with anything else.
What's great about it: inerview process
What's not so great: scroll to bottom after each section

Wish everything was so easy

I have alot of anxiety about filing my taxes. Turbo tax disarmed me right off the bat with funny comments like the Hamster note on this page. The filing was painless and walked me thru deductions i would never have found myself. Just like you promised, a tax GPS. Bravo!

East filing with Turbo!

Turbo Tax has made filing federal and state taxes very easy and does not miss a beat. When you are done with everything it audits your retuns and even gives you the option to receive help or pay for more detailed auditing. I am very pleased with the process and recommend Turbo Tax to all of my friends and family. Thank you!
What's great about it: Stepped through the whole process with ease and covered all of the bases.
