Worked Well

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and what I would like to see is more than just last year's total data. Since many years data is available, why not show it also. One last thing, I would like to be able to see that details of last year's data. It there is a big difference from this year to last year, I want to see why. I have to get out of this year, open last year's and review. I might have to do this several times. So it would be nice to click on the last year's number to see the details. Not to change them.
What's great about it: Pretty easy even with dealing with estate K-1s
What's not so great: Needs to be drill down into ast year's data

Love Turbotax. I have been using it for years and every year they have made great improvements to their software. If at all I bump on an issue their support team is knowledgeable to handle it. I will definitely continue using this software. And I highly recommend it for others !
What's great about it: easy to navigate, very helpful info on each topic

Love Turbo Tax!

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years. One year I switched to Kiplinger Tax Cut (I think to save money). Not worth it - very difficult to use. The next year I switched back to Turbo Tax and have been a loyal customer ever since!
What's great about it: Easy Step - very easy to use and walks you through everything!
What's not so great: None.

Easier and easier year after year!

This is my 10th year with turbo tax and I love using it! It makes doing my taxes so easy, but I know with all the questions and help features that I am not rushing through this important task. I feel confident that I get the maximum refund and that my return will be error free.
What's great about it: Easy guide ensures I don't miss anything!
What's not so great: Paying for the state e-file

Extremely easy process to follow. If you can't follow the instructions, you shouldn't be using a computer. I love it!!!!!
What's great about it: The step by step questions and worksheets; Box showing refund amounts at the top
What's not so great: Wasn't able to transfer current W-2-only problem encountered; Should offer free state tax filing

I've used this product for several years and have always been satisfied. It is simple to use but is thorough and allows you to delve as deep as you feel you need to if necessary.
