complete and easy

The income walk-through was extensive and complete. Expense section was also very complete, but work related expenses were repetative, asked me for expenses and then asked for expenses with my profession from tax personal section. Liked the pop-up help sections, very quick and complete-answered all my questions quickly and completely. I have used this software and used online version for over 10 years and always very satisffied. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their maximum deductions.
What's great about it: walks through all income and deduction options
What's not so great: work related exspenses were repetative
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Quick & Easy Federal Return

Federal form was quick and easy to complete. I received my refund quickly.
I was frustrated when I tried to download the state form and was being charged for it. In the past that download had been free. I am waiting until the last possible day to do state forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: State Form no longer free.

Detailed Deduction Divas

By using TurboTax, I truly believe the explanations have helped us reached the maximum deductions we are able to take. The examples given for deductions are easy to understand and the warnings are especially helpful!
What's great about it: precise explanations on what you can deduct
What's not so great: really cannot think of any cons.

Turbo Tax review - a product worth using

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been happy with the product. Turbo Tax has upgraded the product each year and made it even easier to use. Turbo Tax is accurate and up to date on government rules and regulations.
What's great about it: very easy to use, great step by step instructions.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 Years or more and It is just the easiest way to do my taxes... very helpful to ask all the right questions to get my taxes lower.
What's great about it: It was easy to navigate
What's not so great: Wish I didn't owe $$$
