TURBO TAX'D THAT REFUND

I really love using your software every year. It does make filing FUN!!! and painless.
But on my end, I really need to learn to hang on to receipts. LOL
What's great about it: EASY AS EATING ICE CREAM
What's not so great: NOT MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

What's great about it: efiling Convenient
What's not so great: e FIling cost - I thought it was free when I started

Hope next year software is like 2011

Federal file was easy breezy, state took forever and I had to get out of the whole thing, relog in before I could even start with any state filing. I have used Turbo tax since 2007 and love it, however PLEASE fix this problem for 2013! I will give turbo tax another try next year, but if same problem persists, I may have to go elsewhere.
What's great about it: everything but the state return
What's not so great: State return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Doing Taxes the Painless Way

No one likes to spend a lot of time preparing their tax returns. TurboTax is especially easy to use, with a system that guides you through all the income and deductions that are right for you. If applicable to your banks and other accounts, most can be downloaded right into the proper forms. Nothing easier!
I highly recommend this method of preparing taxes. And it's quicker and easier than some of the competitors on the internet.
Quick and easy--the best way to do your taxes.

I can't stand math and the thought of doing taxes makes me sick. What makes me more sick is the thought of paying a lot of money to someone so I can get my money back! Because of this I use Turbo Tax. I feel like it does a great job at getting me all the deductions I can get.
What's great about it: I don't have to get out of my PJs to complete my returns
What's not so great: still have to gather all of the materials
