What's great about it: The ease of filing online having them walk you through everything.
What's not so great: Non at all.

Straight forward, does the work for you

Once you have all your tax paperwork in hand, TurboTax makes it easy to file your taxes. The software is straightforward and clearly guides you through the process. Lord knows the forms the IRS supplies can't claim that.

Like that TurboTax walks you through filing step by step. Also appreciate the "Learn More" buttons to explain things. E-filing quick and easy.

Another successful tax submittal

This product makes it easy to navigate the complicated tax process. I have used the product for many years and this year's product is much easier to use than its predecessors.. If there is a complaint, it is that the online version is not well worked out, but surely this will be improved going forward.
What's great about it: the product is easy and thorough
What's not so great: I tried to use the online version but it was unsuccessful since I couldn't import the prior year information.

Very close to very complete but....

My only problem is that I inherited a small simple trust. Annual filings are very simple for both Feds and State. However, basic turbotax doesn't include these simple forms in the individual edition. I have to spend a bunch of money to buy the turbo tax version for small businesses. I find this very irritating because I am paying to purchase a huge product but I'm only using less than 5% of this products capabilities. They should incorporate this simple additional capability into the individual edition.
What's great about it: Easy to use, relatively comprehensive
What's not so great: Doesn't include forms for simple trust
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
