Turbo Tax is a great tax software. I have used it for many years.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes easy and nearly enjoyable

First Time using TurboTax

Overall a good experience.
I had to pad spaces if the word split after 35th character in the description box. Made the text look awkward.
I also donated newly purchased items. Some donations included both like new used, never worn with tags still on and also purchased items for some donation. Need a way to include more than 1 fair market value on the line and to show new purchases.
More options needed especially in the clothing categories to better use ItsDeductible.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough. Increased my confidence
What's not so great: Description of donated property skips after 35th character on Form 8283. Need ability to free form describing fmv

The ease of setup and walking through all the possibilities makes this a no brainer choice each year.
What's great about it: Process just gets easier with data transfer and prompting

Just read and enter, or click on" explain this". I have been using turbo tax for Years. Previously my husband had his own business and it was easy. I feel extremely safe in your programs, never had a problem.
What's great about it: Easy as Pie!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like that you have the option of going through the questions or just going directly to the area you want to go to. If you don't understand a question there is help to explain it to you. Great product.
