I have used Turbo Tax for the last four years after I found that my tax preparer was using the same program. I was paying him for seven years. That's eleven years of tax prep with ease.
What's great about it: They do the work for you just answer check list.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, but left me confused on one detail

Overall, I am satisfied with the product and pleased with the ease of use and the return that I am getting.
There is one are that I feel could use some improvement. Towards the end, when it came time to file my returns, a page came up that said that I needed to visit the NC Department of Revenue to pay my State Tax. It just sent me to the main page and not the specific page for paying the tax. The problem is partially that the NC website is cluttered and difficult to navigate. A direct link with more instructions from TurboTax would help.

TurboTax easily walks you through the steps tp file your taxes. Good help section. It won't guarantee you a refund, but it will make the calculations a lot easier.

easy does it

I started my input the day before tax filing due, and finished within 4 hours. Most of this was getting and gathering the papers I needed to input into turbo's walk me through method.
I've been a turbo tax user since 1997 and the ease of just saving my files, so input is ease the next year is GREAT. Just love it

I worked at a Tax Office in Lindenhurst, NY of one week during the current tax season to see what their proprietary tax program was like. I found it to be very cumbersome and
repetitive and much more onerous in order to E-file. I have been using Turbo-Tax for about 7 years and find it very easy to navigate, without being repetitive. I also find that printing the tax forms actually needed for filing is a very easy process.
