Fifteen plus year TT user was continued success and satisfaction.
What's great about it: TT is detailed, educational, efficient

So convenient

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it saves a lot of stress, by going through the form step by step. It takes a lot of the thinking out of the process.
What's great about it: It is so easy to file using Turbo Tax. It is so nice to do it myself instead of paying someone else to file my taxes!
What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to pay the filing fees,

Very Simple

All in all it took me about 40 minutes from Starting install to completing both my Federal and State returns. Since I use the standard deductions, this time will vary, but the program is very specific and includes help files for each step of the way if you are not sure. I have used TurboTax for the last 5 years, I even used it to prepare my son's taxes, and since he was considered a "contractor" in his last place of employment TurboTax was very helpful in determining how to prepare his taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps from Income entry to tax calculations
What's not so great: Military Retirement deduction for State allows you to accidentally duplicate if using previous return

Sooooooooooo much easier

I feel so much more confident doing my taxes. It saves me so much worry because I can see what paperwork I need and if I need to rush off some place I can save my work and come back to it. I can then have a friend double check it for me but they don't have a lot of work to do because everything is right there.
What's great about it: Much easier than doing by hand and I feel more confident that the information is correct
What's not so great: None that I can see

Overall TT is a useful tool when doing your taxes at home.
What's great about it: Simple to transfer LY's info, easy guide great.
What's not so great: Not enough info re educational expenses/scholarships etc. State efile should be free.
