I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember and I have never had any trouble completing or filing my tax return. I appreciate being walked through each step and the final review that picks up things that I missed along the way. Great product.
What's great about it: fast, easy to use, accurate

Successful again this year!

Overall another successful filing. I would hope that TT could improve the sections relative to moving expenses and relocation. This is a big "occurence" which creates additional tax returns(often 2 states), residency questions, home sell & purchase, and financial questions about what can & can't be deducted. I would think TT could really improve this area of the tool. The only other problem this year was with Solar Tax credits relative to home improvements, I had to manually enter in the "forms" section. I'll see TT next year.
What's great about it: consolidate approach and guidance

Easy, fast and detailed!

This is the second year that I have used Turbo Tax. I think that it is straight forward and easy to follow. Saves time when your paperwork is separated and ready to go when you come to a particular section.
I called Turbo Tax and the representative was friendly and very helpful.
Will use your product again!
What's great about it: Walked you through the process. Gave plenty of answers when not sure. Easy to go through.
What's not so great: Sometimes I had questions that the community responses could not answer.

Sat down and knocked out my returns in less than two hours. I found the extra explanations easy to understand and very very helpful. This software made a painful process less painful.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very intuitive
