Overall we like TurboTax. We've been using it for years, This year we're having issues printing. Still unable to print a copy. Also, the print preview showed up as a bunch of odd characters. If my wife can't figure out how to print hopefully we can contact someone at TurboTax to help us.

Good overall but prefer not being charged for State efile.
State can bear the cot unless they would prefer to get a paper filing instead.

Makes life Easy!

Great product, takes days off of tax preparation. The online Help is useful as well. Used it several times this year. I would recommend this product for anyone with simple taxes with multiple deductions
What's great about it: Step by Step Instructions
What's not so great: Took away the 'Add It' feature from deductions

I USE TURBOTAX EVERY YEAR. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR I HAD TO SEARCH AROUND A LITTLE FOR AN ANSWER TO A QUESTION, BECAUSE I HAD AN UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCE THIS YEAR.

The program was very easy to use and utilizing the step by step process is very simple. We have used professional accountants in the past and this is so much easier. during the final check the program wanted to add an adopted child form. The final check portion should give you the option to delete the form. I had to go back into the program to get rid of the form even though I hadn't entered any information about an adoption.

I was able to simply all of lifes complications using Turbo Tax and get my taxes done right. It was very quick and far less of a hassle than any other method I have ever used.

Using Turbo Tax is an easy way to save money - both by the reasonable price as well as finding ways to increase your deductions. It's also an easy program to follow with resources available to answer questions one might have as they complete their taxes. Filing couldn't be any easier and no need to stand on lines to mail. Highly recommended and have used for years. Highly dependable and will continue to use.
What's great about it: Walks you through entire process; Easy and free filing;
What's not so great: Never have to leave your house :) to complete
