Consistent and concise interface

I've used TurboTax for at least 12 years. It is a huge time saver. The user interface is consistence from year to year and I like how it imports common information to populate many of the forms from the previous year.
What's great about it: Import of previous year information saves time
What's not so great: More detailed info from previous year for comparison.

Great Product

I use TurboTax to my entire families taxes. TurboTax is able to upload last year's returns which makes the entire process painless and fast.

expensive efile on State -not expected

User for 10+ years

I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and have found it easy to use, accurate, comprehensive, and I have never been audited. :)
What's great about it: Flexible and easy to use
What's not so great: none

I have used Turbo tax for 7 years and have notice improvements each year. The questions are easy to understand and the help screen are excellant. The up-sales are a little frustrating. My overall experience has been positive. Keep up the good work

there is a little pain

Everything seems to work great except for one little item. When the update menu has you push the "ok" button, there is at least 1/2 second pause before the next screen appears. This screen has a cancel button in exactly the same position that the ok button was on the previous screen. I think you can figure out that if you really are desirous of recieving updates, it is a bit laborious to start all over. Please move the "cancel" button so that when I think that I haven't already pushed the "ok" button and have to restart the program.
