Very good but room for improvement

Overall, Turbo Tax is a very good and easy to use product. The main element that continues to be lacking is State return detail especially with respect to Federal vs State differences (e.g. depreciation adjustments). The amended tax process could also be more detailed and user friendly.
What's great about it: Step by step questions and accuracy checks
What's not so great: Detail of state return, including explantions for fed vs state differences.

Liked it for my first use.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, liked how quick it was.
What's not so great: Had to scroll with mouse instead of using arrow on keyboard.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used TurboTax for many years. I always feel like I am getting the best result available to me. Interface not as intuitive when going back to make changes.
What's great about it: Year to year comparison, detailed walk-through, confidence in results
What's not so great: Clunky interface, poor use of screen real estate

Not sure why everyone is not using Turbo Tax. It's quick easy and offers step-by-step assistance.

Thorough 2012 Tax Return

The farter I go into my retirement years, T-Tax has always done a marvelous job. Matter of fact, I am looking to file an amended 2011 tax return!!
What's great about it: Fast and efficient
What's not so great: Always having to scroll down to get to next topic. It should automatically go to bottom of list and then at end, edit
